Our COVID-19 Flexibility Options

As we welcome participants back overseas our COVID-19 flexibility options still stand. These allow you to change your program dates or destination at no cost, providing you with the flexibility and confidence to book your overseas program today.

There is a lot of work to be done and we need your help. The economic consequences of COVID-19 have pushed thousands below the poverty line, children have missed out on months of schooling and health systems have been struggling to cope under the pressure. This is on top of the challenges that the marginalised communities were facing pre-pandemic.

To address the uncertainty surrounding international travel, we offer the following guarantees so you can book your overseas program today with confidence.

full program flexibility

If you book for a certain program and then you are unable to travel to that destination for whatever reason, you can swap to a program in a different destination free of charge. Should the programs differ in price, you may need to make an additional payment to cover the difference. 

no change of date fee

If for any reason you are unable to travel on your proposed dates, you can change your dates at no additional cost as long as you request the change 8 weeks prior to your program commencing.

flexible payments

To confirm your program you need to pay a $250 deposit. How you pay the remainder of your program fee is up to you, whether that’s weekly, fortnightly, monthly or quarterly instalments! No matter when you sign up for your program, the final payment is due 8 weeks before your program starts.

additional health and safety measures

Our participants health & safety whilst overseas is our biggest priority, therefore we have put additional measures in place to enhance health & safety practices in all our hubs. Some of these measures include increased cleaning at our accommodation, reducing the number of participants sharing bathroom facilities, mandatory hand-washing before meals, and an in-depth review of all in-country risk management processes.
