WHY BECOME A LEADER
Develop your leadership skills
Our Challenge Leader Program runs throughout the year. You’ll engage in regular workshops from experts in the field focusing on building your leadership skills like teamwork, cross-cultural communication, critical thinking, problem solving, marketing, setting and achieving goals. You’ll be guided by a mentor and join a community with all our other Challenge Leaders from around Australia. You’ll be invited to take part in at least one in-person professional leadership training weekend. These skills will help prepare you for recruiting and leading your own team overseas on one of our Challenges.
